PI485
LG’s PI 485 converts the protocol of air conditioner to the RS 485 protocol for central controller. This front end of our HVAC Solution System driver connects and communicates the PI485 module with use of an extra hardware. Supported model list may be received from the LG HVAC solution dealer.
This driver
supports IP connectivity to the PI485 unit (with an extra hardware), besides
solving the physical distance problem this allows connection of multiple Home
Controller units to a single PI485 module.
